Intraweb components missing on IDE palette (Priority Support)

I am using Intraweb 16.2.2 with Rad Studio Athens 12.3
If I create  a new C++ Builder project and open a form, Intraweb components are not available on the IDE palette.
But it is a Delphi project, the components are available and visible.

So, I cannot create any new project!
And if I try to run an existing project, I am getting the error message below:
[ld.lld Error] lld: error: unable to find library Intraweb_16_D12.lib

And I checked on my computer and the file Intraweb_16_D12.lib does not exists at all!
So basically, Intraweb is not installed correctly!
