There isn't a firm public ETA right now. The team has been prioritizing the core updates for IW15, and integrating the CGDevTools component suite is a pretty heavy lift because of the underlying library changes. It is definitely on the roadmap, but they are being careful to ensure stability before a release. I would keep an eye on the official forums or their newsletter for the next status update.
