It seems that the problem appears if the the HTTPS port is not 443. I tested on my machine, 443 works, everything else doesn't.

YES THAT IS CORRECT Ioan ---- for me if I set STANDALONE to port 443, after making sure no other app or service (it was IIS ) then 15.4.0 'works'

I responded too early.

I'll do some tests in other random ports and get back to you. Whenever you report some erorr, please make sure to specify the OpenSSL version that you are using otherwise it gets confugins...

It's a bug behavior change introduced recently in the Indy main branch and unfortunately our tests couldn't detect it.

There is a new build in the pipeline and the fix should be released soon.
