C++ declarations in addition to Delphi declarations.
4,000+ new place holders - 10,000+ topics total. Added Interfaces, Fuctions, Records, Enums, Types, Constants. 'IntraWeb Components' node matches IDE palette. Fixed links to Atozed source.

One nice thing I noticed after parsing the IW source code in detail were the many useful utility functions I didn't know existed. It's installed automatically from iw15.3.9 onwards. See your main IW install directory under the .\Help directory.
