The problem is exactly what is mentioned on Marco Cantu blog.
IW 15.1.4 and all future releases of IntraWeb will be built using the latest versions of IDEs and compilers. That's not going to change.
If you want to continue using Delphi 10.3.1 without update 2 (and the patch) you will have to use IW 15.1.2 or prior (including any 15.0.x) which were built using Delphi 10.3.1.
There is no way we can provide 2 different installations for Delphi 10.3.1 and 10.3.2. No 3rd party component vendor does that.
