We have forked the TLS 1.3 implementation from the Indy repository and adapted it to our needs. If I'm not mistaken, this has been submitted by the original developer (not Atozed) but not merged to the main Indy branch. We changed the implementation slightly and submitted it to extensive testing before releasing it as part of IntraWeb.

Well... On the Telegram channel I tried contact with you about this the first time around Dec/2022. I think I sent you an email about this too many months later.
It's not a new SSLIOHandler that we implemented, as explained above, so no reason to submit any code. Anyway, time constraints don't allow us to wait any longer for it. Our customers needed TLS 1.3 immediately.
