For those who use the Intraweb behind a firewall, the URL to Cloudflare and bootstrapcdn has to to opened on the firewall, otherwise a timeout of manymany seconds acures.

I use a IWjQGrid in my app and I get only in the Browser in the footer ... Connection to cdnjs.cloudflare.com...
