Basically all jQuery UI controls have a property named jQueryUIThemeName. If your page contains jQuery UI controls (IWjQPageContro, IWjQGrid, etc) you just need to set this property in one of them and all with be using the same theme. If you don't set anything, the default bootstrap theme will be used. We are planning to expand the theme support and control but I believe it will take at least a few weeks to get it done.
