Seeing the image it seems that no C# object (Console too) is not recognized... it happens in a normal Net Core application maybe related to templates? It seems to not restore nuget packages automatically.
Do you have tried to simply do build?

How did you solve the problem?
P.S. It seems that restarting Visual Studio helped (or some background process ended)
